I'm sorry...
sorry that i've not given my best...
I've a part to play....
I'm responsible for the outcome today...
There are many times i could have done so much more...
to guide, to motivate, even to inspire....

sorry for giving up on my passion...
I've the chance....
I should have fought for what i feel is the best...
There are many times i could have press on...
to insist on my beliefs, to persist on my ways...
I can't say how sorry i am...
I've not done my part...
I've have failed in my job...
You were under my wings...
Yet i could not give you the best...
Yet i allowed the harm to be done...
There's no one else to blame...

Happy Mother's Day
Early in the wee hours,
Knocking furiously on the bedroom door.
Time for work, she reminded.
An expression of a motherly's love.
Daily morning routine,
Lugging her market trolley.
Food to prepare, she considered.

Times of unwellness,
Brewing kettles of herbal tea.
Have more rest, she nagged.

The moonlit night,
Chasing us to bed.
Sleep early, she orderd.
