Feel the magic
Now let the words tell the story....
Home to a 5-star hotel,
The king-sized bed, a heaven to us both.
Savour the fine taste of Bangkok,
Uptown delicacy to alley local dishes.
Braving the tutu rides,
Feel the magic of the city lights.
Welcome from Islamabad,
The men look alike, no women in sight.
Indulge in the scenic view of
Silk route,
Majestic mountains to river flows.
Bumping along the rocky road,
Feel the magic of ancient wonders.
News from afar,
The overflowing flood, the landslide blocks the road.
Determined to reach the border,
National park to landslide point, furthest we can go.
Sighing deeply with disappointment,
Feel the magic of nature power.
Residing in a 2-men tent,
The comfort of our sleeping bag, the privacy for two.
Adrenaline rushed for the trek,
Steep ascend to glacier walk.
Hiking side by side,
Feel the magic of peace and
tranquility.
Village shopping bazaar,
Full of men, still no women in sight.
Echoing the sound of trade,
Fresh vegetables and poultry to daily necessities.
Buying water and daily perks,
Feel the magic of people and culture.
Farewell visit to the mosque,
Carefully observed local customs, long sleeves and cap.
Removing shoes for respect,
Praying hall to university classrooms.
Taking pictures of the awesome building,
Feel the magic of religious influence.
Return flight to home,
Holding hands, dozing all the way.
Looking at the gallery with anticipation,
Mummy, sister and little baby.
Waving excitingly, kissing little prince,
Feel the magic of home.
